Root Would Appreciate A Few Quick Answers

Hi, i have downloaded a few roms n stuff n my sd card is gettin full n i dont feel like goin through all the folders n backups n deletin stuff n i kinda want to jus wipe it completely n start from the beginning, is there a way i can completely flash the whole sd card to where its back to the beginning, if so how can i accomplish this?
I think i have to sbf, n i had stock 2.3.340 b4 i rooted n rom, so i need to kno what files i have to download to accomplish my task, there are many guides n im gettin confused readin through the dif ones, can some1 point me to specific links that they wuld recommend and what files inside the links that i would need, cuz i dnt wanna mess up, Thanks a lot, ill thank anyone that can help me..noob friendly
 
Yea thats what i did, thanks, n can i ask a few more things?..
1.) For apex, is there a way to change lcd density, cuz when i did it, for some reason i couldnt open my dialer because when i pressed it, it droppd signal kinda like goin into airplane mode..for 1.4.1

2.) For apex as well, is there a way to do the sysctl modifications?

3.) Can u tell me every blur, or bloat app i can freeze on Apex that wont have a negative effect, like crashin, fc's, make other things not work? Ex. DLNA, Visual VMail, My Accnts, Social Networkin, Gallery, GMail, Music, which are all the ones safe to freeze n that u would recommend freezing? Thanks in advance

I can only answer 1. But if you change the lcd density then the stock dialer app will not open. But dialer one from the market will ;)
 
Thanks, thats nice to kno, i was goin to use dialer one then figured id jus save memory n use the regular one, but now ill change lcd density n dl it, so u can make calls n there are no problems from it?
N to add another question, can we zip align in Apex?

RE#3 I have not read of anyone "freezing " the listed apps. I really don't think its necessary just use "apextoolbox" and set as needed for your requirement.
If your not using an app it just sits on the bench waiting to be called to the playing field and DOES not use any space.
I had a Window phone and some old habits were hard to kick.:eek:
