Would really like to get rid of the volume warning notification!

That's hardly a solution. So, I would need to plug in my earphones, play music, and clear it every time I reboot the phone. My question was to disable it completely.

Without rooting, I don't believe there is any way to disable this. I also find it extremely annoying
Use the app "Disable Increasing Ring" found in Google Play, works great. Its a light weight app and eliminates the issue on Samsung phones. I can't believe after all these years that Samsung still uses this and the water drop sound on the dialer keypad.

I agree, it's annoying and unnecessary -- even at max volume, the speakers and the bluetooth and the earphone jack output on these phones is NOT loud enough to damage anyone's hearing, anyway!!

If you set up adapt sound, it can increase the volume further. Even more if you lie to the phone while setting it up.
The volume limiter is there for a reason, a very legit one, and they shouldn't change it to appease a few complainers. These phones have enough setting go and toggles already.

While I agree there is a legit reason for the warning, there is no reason they can't offer a "don't show this message" again checkbox option.
If it were an industry/regulatory requirement I would understand the reason for not allowing a "do not show again" option. It is a Samsung choice, and one that I think is pretty silly.
I also think the number of people who don't like the constant warning is more than just "a few."
It might have been an EU directive. I know there was some requirement in France to place a limit on media player headphone volumes.
On the other hand manufacturers could be wary of multimillion dollar lawsuits, customers deafening themselves because they played their music too loud, that were not warned about it, so they keep on warning you about it, every-time you reboot the phone and turn the volume up. It's not just Samsung, the volume warning feature is actually in AOSP, and so even some custom ROMs like Cyanogenmod have it by default as well.
A bit like the prominent hot liquid warnings on McDonald's coffee cups. You go spilling and hurting yourself with it, you may not be able to sue McDonald's because the coffee was hot. Same with fasten seat-belt warnings in cars, etc.
BTW I've seen another warning notice that you have to respond to in some Androids, about muting the camera shutter sound. Warning you that using a silent shutter maybe unlawful in certain jurisdictions and countries.

It's just a few, if you go by percentage of the phones they sale.
Ignorable even... to the lament of... a few.
You keep saying "a few" without knowing how many of those who own these phones are annoyed. A fraction of users come onto their forums in the first place and are bothered enough to speak up.
That being said, you speak as if this was iOS where you aren't able to make many choices. I'm sorry, my Note was loaded with Android. It's not unreasonable to desire a setting to stop this.

A fraction of how many? A few of the millions of users they sold the device to? Seems like you're vaguely doing what you say I'm doing. You're trying to make it a big deal by saying - indirectly - many users are annoyed but a majority of them just can't be bothered to complain openly.
I'm just saying the people annoyed by this a a very small minority.
Only difference is I'm less cryptic and more up front with how I see it.
iOS users wanted, asked for, and received options. Being on Android doesn't make you more entitled than any user on any other platform. If you want it, there is a way to get it.
But it's there for a good reason and that really isn't a problem.

I hesitate to respond to this because at this point you're just being argumentative. You seem to have a problem with people voicing their dismay here at not being able to toggle a feature that would make their use of the phone more convenient. I never said anything about there being vast amounts of people wanting this feature - you're the one that brought up about "a few" - to which I said that you don't know if it's a few and you could not judge by the population on this forum. Not sure how that is vague - in fact it's pretty much a fact that the number of members to this forum is a fraction of the number of people that own the device and if that is your "evidence" that it is a small minority - then good for you.
You can tell yourself that that is your way of being "up front" and eventually you'll believe that but the bottom line is really... I'm not sure why you appear to have an issue with some of us voicing something that you feel is unimportant. What exactly is your point of your contribution to this thread other than to keep saying that everything is fine and us "few" shouldn't complain? Does it really bother you that much that some of us want something that the phone doesn't do?

i couldn't find a direct link to open it, either. But I found it when I opened the google music settings and clicked on equalizer. it works pretty well, too.
I saw this on another website and thought I would share. It's for Galaxy S5, but should work for any Samsung phone. Just trying to help.
When listening to music using the default Music Player app on the Samsung Galaxy S5, you may get an annoying music volume warning when attempting to turn the volume up while earphones are plugged into the device. The warning says “Raise volume above safe level? Listening at high volume for long periods may damage your hearing.”
This is especially annoying when you are listening to music and have the phone in your pocket. Fortunately, you can disable the music volume warning on the Galaxy S5 by following these steps.
From within the default Music Player app, tap the “Menu” button.
Choose “Settings“.
Check the “Smart Volume” option so that it is turned on.
A dialog will appear telling you that “Smart volume is enabled“. Tap “OK“.
Now the annoying music volume warning should no longer appear on the screen when you attempt to turn up the volume on your Galaxy S5.

I think Smart Volume may work... Go to Music, then go to the Music settings, then tap on Smart Volume

I would love to take this volume warning notification and cram it up Samsung's....
It is especially annoying when I am connected to my cars bluetooth and want my phone's bluetooth volume at 100% so I don't have to turn my radio volume up so loud. Normally I don't notice it until I'm already driving, which makes this volume warning a non safety feature for sure. UUGGG!

FYI some manufacturers chose not to implement it. One's that don't have to comply with EU or US law, or have any fear of lawsuits.
It does this on BT as well? Myself, I've only ever used speakers with BT, so I would find this warning annoying. However it should only show it if you reboot the phone or turn it off and on again, and not repeatedly, every time you turn the volume up.

I doubt it any app in the playstore will get rid of the warning. i wish there was one tho. So easy once rooted, using Xposed Modules.
ps... the person that mentioned "smart volume", that wont get rid of it either. It just makes the volume of good, normal, bad quality song's sound similar.
