Would the Arc have a International Version like the X10 did?

Like a X12i or something that supports AWS 1700??

There are seven different bands that cellphones operate on. And to cover all of them, SE makes two phones that cover four or five of those. There is no rational reason to exclude one of these bands, so the answer is yes.
