Help wow problems galore! Wifi is acting up.

So I have been having trouble using the wifi networks I connect to.
I first thought it was just my schools network that was all glitchy but no now my house network isn't working on my captivate.
It connects to them perfectly but when I go to the browser or anything else it says its not connected but it clearly says it is!

Is your phone rooted? Any firewall installed?

Have you tried restarting/rebooting it?

My wife has a captivate and is having the same problem. Is there in thing else I can do to get WiFi working again?

Mine is doing the same thing. I just got my Captivate 2 days ago, it shows as connected to the house wireless but theres no internet connection. Tried restarting the phone, restarting the wireless on the router still nothing.

It shows on the devices on the router's page, but no go.
