Coming from years on the original Blackberry, then some WinMo devices, back to Blackberry, and the last 4 years on WinMo, I finally broke down and decided, its time to check out an Android phone. Being on the AT&T network, options were very limited, until now. Gave up my Tilt2 for the Captivate and I am liking it, a lot.

Picked it up this morning at my local Corp AT&T store for $149 and a new 2 yr deal.

It is taking me some time to get used to it, but this thing is fast and responsive, gets better reception than my Tilt2 did in my house and is a pleasure to use so far.

I must say, the Android OS blows the WinMo OS out of the water, even with my custom ROMs and HTC's magic.

So far, very happy with my purchase.

Yah I changed from a blackjack to a G1 at one point and I was blown away. My g1 is actually pretty laggy but compared to WinMo, it is blazingly fast!

Trust me, you made the right decision

I just did that same thing. Winmo since the Cingular 2125. And I just got sick of it and switch to Android and its amazing.
