Help Wrong location

My first post on Huawei Ascend Y300.

Bought this phone 3 days ago. All are fine except my location.
I live at Fort Erie, Ontario Canada. Just across the river from Buffalo.
On my phone's front page/screen, it shows Buffalo weather.
I cannot find a way to change my location to Fort Erie.
Can someone please show me the way.

My carrier is bell.net ( Canada ).
I have a tablet and I am able to set Fort Erie as the location for weather forecast but not with this phone

Update.............
I got rid of the Weather with Buffalo name on it.
Installed the Accu Weather and I have the correct location thi stime.
The only regret is.... I can't find a way to have it displayed permanently on the home screen, like he one I got rid of.
I have to flip to the page where Accu Weather shortcut is, and then open it.
