Help Wrong network when roaming

When I roam the name of the network is not correct.
For example, it is written Orange, where as I'm on t-mobile.
Sometimes when I search network manually then I get the same network twice and one network is missing. I know for sure that the missing network is actually the one that is written twice.
When I get back to my home network, it keep the roaming name for few more days. Don't tell me that I might still be in roaming because I don't have the "R" above the network and also I check by bills...

Any other with this problem?
I'm on software number 2.24.401.1.

Orange & T- Mobile are the same company now. They are owned by EE (Everything Everywhere).

My phone has never been in the UK... At least not since I got it.
I faced this problem in Spain, Italy, France, Austria and Slovakia, with different networks.
Orange/T-Mobile was only one example.
