Help WTF?!? Battery problem?

So i just got my phone from the charger.And its at 100 percent (yeah) then i decide to remove the battery and refresh the phone (just deleted apps).

So when i turn the phone back on again the battery was a 0 percent WTF?!?
Then the battery starts to climb like right now its at 25 percent and i don't have it charging?(I did take take the battery out and try againg and it just started at 0 percent again :()

Has anyone else experienced this strange occurrence?

And just some extra info i have the Gauge Battery Widget by Tomas Hubalek installed.Could that be whats doing it?

AT&T is a service provider for stuff like cell phones,land lines and internet.
I just use it for cell phone service.

Well good to know im not the only one.BUT the battery thing is the least of my worries i ate some pizza earlier and just got done throwing that up :D:(.
Man i really hate getting sick thats because i rarely do and when i do its ALWAYS SUPER BAD i got the swine flu a couple of months ago.idnt even know it was the swine flu till the doctor told my mom and mom didn't even tell me!No i had to pry it out of her.lol

Back on subject sorry for that.Wonder what causes it to do that it never did it before oh well now my phones special:D.
 
Sorry if this seems like a hijack, however how long does it usually take for a full charge up? (0 - 100%) via wall mount? Before it used to take a decent amount of time, but just last night I somehow managed to fully charge in just a mere 3 hours?

I have an app called Battery Graph and looking at the last few nights charging it was up to 100% in 2 - 3 hours depending how low it was when I put it on.

I charge mine in the evening and it has always taken around 2-3 hours depending on how full it was initially.
