man i wish i knew how to figure out how to root. the evo isnt really even out yet and there is already a walk through on xda.

man this sucks i hate official 2.1

There are quirks to each phone, even though the Evo and the Sprint Hero are both made by HTC. So 2.1 on Evo is not the exact same as 2.1 on the Sprint Hero. I don't know how close the two are, but I'm sure Flipz or someone else will have official 2.1 for Sprint Hero cracked soon.
