WTF i keep getting a "nginx error" webpage when trying to view android forums

It started yesterday when trying to use tapatalk (uninstalled) and goes away after an hour of no use,

When it does happen a nginx error page comes up on browser, and I'm using my phone on WiFi, Evo v 4g*virgin mobile,

Its working now but, it randomly happens,
