My Captivate is my first Android phone so I'm not sure what is standard Android crap and AT&T crapware yet. In my running tasks I've got one running all the time called WispService. It has the same icon as the AT&T Hot Spots app, so I have a feeling this thing just watches out for AT&T hot spots... cause as far as I can find WISP stands for Wireless Internet Service Provider. I just don't wanna kill this process and have my normal WiFi or 3g not work...
