Root Wtf liberty toolbox

So im on .596 pre-rooted. I buy and install liberty toolbox pro. I open D2 bootstrap, Bootstrap my phone, open the toolbox, check to download Liberty v0.9, chose to backup current rom, clear data/cache. It reboots the phone, boots into CWR, i see it does a backup, formats data, and tries to install the file. Except it fails, so i reboot the phone, and now its a fresh phone and starts the google setup.

After googling i find out it didint install cause it downloaded the 0.9 as a .apk and not a zip.

So i figure ill restore the backup, except its not showing in CWR. After being super frustrated i find out its not showing cause liberty tool box backed up to sdcard/clockworkmod/HERE instead of in the sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/HERE path.

So after dicking around ive moved the backup it made to the BACKUP so i can boot into CWR and restore it. Will this work?

Ive also used root explorer to rename the lgbmain0.9.apk file or whatever it was called to a .zip. Can i just flash this in CWR now?

yes just name the file using root explorer, or using your pc.

where ever clockwork stores your back ups previously is where it should restore from, there is a possibility it changed. move it back and yes your theory, if it doesnt work, then you know thats not the right way to do it
