Wtf new phone and already got a dead pixel -_-

I'm so pissed off, just got a new phone like 3 weeks ago and now there's this WHITE spot just lying right smack in the middle of my screen makes it look so ugly! -_-

Just return it and get a new one. I am sure you are within the thirty day return policy.

Yep, return it if you are in your 30 days. And dont get frustrated, there are thousands of pixels on every display, one going out is not that bad. Just take it back.

I just realized I'm 35 days in. =/ Ugh so angry didnt think the phone would do that.

Dead or hot pixels are normally not covered by the manufactures warranty.

i know you need to have 4 dead pixel to be considered a broken display..
i bought my optimus one in December and i have a "not-so-dead-pixel", the thing is that the pixel it's not turning black so when i have a black screen i see a white pixel but any other color it's ok.

Yeah I have this 1 pixel that's turned on all the time it's just white.

i went to service because i tried to update and failed (i bricked my phone) and they replaced my motherboard and installed the software (last available) and the pixel that turned withe when screen was black was fixed.
i think that's a software error? i cant explain otherwise because they didn't changed the display just motherboard and software.
