Wups, accidently set the wrong "remember this setting" how to fix (Youtube)

How do I change a "permanent" setting I selected, where I inadvertently chose playing my youtube videos via the web browser, rather than via the YouTube app? (I'd rather it do so through the app).

Settings -> Applications -> All -> Internet -> Clear defaults

You can use this method for any other program/app that is set to be used by default.
