Help X not allowing answer from lock screen

[-=Jeff=-]

If my phone is sleeping and I get a call, once in a while it will not let me answer, most times I can silence it, but once I could not

Phone is stock with Root and LPP as my home screens. Also since the update the phone will randomly shut off. I saw another with this issue and turned off the home screen rotate in LPP, to see if that issue gets fixed.

any ideas on why the swipe to answer is not working? it did this prior to the latest update as well
