Help X stock mail App?

Anyone know if the mail app on the x is the same from the first droid? I really hope it is not cause I hated the droid mail app, I used k9 and it was ok, but the htc Inc. mail app is perfect for me, that's the one thing I will hate to give up.

Not sure. I use the gmail app as my unified email inbox and I love it, even better than the mail app on the evo. I just set it to pull my mail from my other accounts, including work and then configured the send mail to be from those accounts not gmail.

The gmail app for vanilla android is updated in Froyo and I like it. So even if it is the stock one it will improve.
