Help X won't boot into hard reboot.

Had my Droid X for almost 2 years now and has never had a problem. This weekend it took a tumble into a snowbank. At first it worked fine, however the first day it said the Sim card was damaged and needed to be reformatted. However after restarting the phone the problem seemed to go away. Until today it didn't charge and when plugged in it only boots to the "M" logo. I have tried hard booting but nothing gets it off the "M" logo. Also tried hooking up to my PC but the drive still doesn't show up. I have insurance, however I am due for a upgrade in a month so I would love to make it.

i suggest this power the phone off press the home button and power button at the little android ! screen press up/down if that helps you?
you can also try to flash the SBF file do not know if that will help anything. Hardware is probably bad. a bag of rice could suck up the water if any is left in the phone.
