Help Xoom keyboard issues

I just picked up the Xoom keyboard and I love it, but I'm having some issues with it staying connected. I got it paired fine, and in fact I'm writing on it now, but after any small period of inactivity, it doesn't seem to want to reconnect automatically when I try to power it back up and use it. Am I doing something wrong? I thought it would reconnect automatically. Is this a setting, or something specific I need to do on the keyboard?

you mean the motorola bluetooth keyboard ACCESSORY? not the built in keyboard correct?

as far as the BT keyboard accessory, it will go into standby after a long period inactivity. you then press the reconnect button on the back.

this is a feature to conserve battery life.

Yes, I mean the accessory, not the built-in keyboard. It seems to be working fine now ... I know it goes into a power saving mode but it wasn't seeming to reconnect when coming out of that. I can't seem to pinpoint a specific course of action that is making it work or not work.

After a long period of time you have to reconnect. If its a couple of minutes it reconnects once you start tapping on it.
