Help Xperia C unlock bootloader problems.

Hello.
I want to unlock my Xperia C bootloader and I visited below link :

I did all steps but my Xperia C not have any Fastboot mode and when I Turn Off my phone and plug the cable to it and keep Volume down then "Fastboot devices" cant see my cell phone for run command to unlock it.
Any idea to Unlock my Xperia C?

Your missing drivers sounds like. Look in the device manager and check if the device shows or if it's just drivers are missing.
adb reboot bootloader should work for that phone.

Is your Experia C unlockable?

Open your dialer and enter *#*#7378423#*#* and in the menu that appears head to Service Info, then configuration, Rooting status. Does it say Bootloader Unlock Allowed Yes or No?

Not worked. When I touch Volume-UP and plug cable it show me Battery charge.

That's why then

I take it you're locked to a specific network too? As far as I'm aware, it's only the unbranded/network unlocked devices which have unlockable bootloaders.
