Help Xperia E no Bluetooth or MMS received.

My friend has an sony xperia E phone. But when Bluetooth is switched on it is unable to find other Bluetooth devices.
Also even though the mms settings have been sent to the phone, she is unable to receive MMS messages.

She only wants to use it for calling and texting. So has a 100mb per month contract.
So we set it up as just data on WiFi.

Would that be causing the problem or something else?

Just to let you know there aint much Xperia E users out there looking into THIS forum.. So noones gonna help you..yet

and I had that problem with my xperia E dual too.. (only bluetooth problem)
I tried renaming the device..rebooting..and resetting its settings..then it worked for me!
