Xperia Home Crashing

Need your assistance

I have a Sony Xperia S which I am very happy with but recently it has started to FREEZE on the home home screen.
The only option is to restart the phone.

Checked a few sites and cleared the cache/data on the Xperia Home App.

This cleared my shortcuts, no issue setup again.

Still happening

Last Friday night has a few hours and updated using the Sony Software upgrade app and setup again.

Still crashes.

I have no games on the phones only organiser type apps ie Evernote, Ebobirthday etc.

Any ideas?

Just for info, seems to have Solcalender which I did install recently but on removing all seems OK
