Xperia Play TV Out Idea

I was thinking about getting this to play TV Out on my Xperia Play. Any Suggestions?

Don't get that, from the e3 minecraft videos tv out is possible from the micro usb port.

are you sure its not the promotional xperia play? there are a few of those models that have built in HDMI for promoional purposes & non intended for sale by sony erricson. Also Ive read on several sites that the micro usb dosent have the necessary speed to stream video .
