in this site,,,,Android OS, v2.3.4 (Gingerbread), planned upgrade to v4.0...hopefully the internal memory can hold it.

I'm all for progress, but personally a lot of these things aren't deal breakers for me. I've tried ICS and I can't wait for it to be on the XPlay, but this device already performs quite well. Yes I'm coming from the Droid Eris, but still...

I think we could use some form factor improvement, but other than that this phone is a champ. I've even decided against upgrading to the Nexus.

Sony better upgrade the PS Suite to include actual PSN integration. It's ridiculous that it doesn't already, and it is going to hurt their console adaption, interest, and retention once WP7 gets momentum. I'm not particularly concerned with the hardware specs.

My hope for the next one is that SE makes their software universal on all devices and not have Verizon dictating what software to put on their version of the Play. All should have the unlock bootloader ability.

Is Xperia Play 2 really coming out? I think i heard Sony Ericsson somewhere saying theres no need for a Xperia Play 2:confused:

I haven't got Xperia Play but if Xperia Play 2 was to come out, i would want it to be slim and lighter and more powerful.:D
