Help Xperia X8 Android 2.3.5

What happens if you install Android 2.3.5 on Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 ? Is it compatible ? Would it make harm to the phone ? Is it safe to install ? Would you recommend it ? Anyone with experience with the above described thoughts ?

The update to 2.3 is not official, BUT there is a way to make it manually.
So if you update it, the phone can be Demaged. Some people who update the phone say that the phone runs like a charm .. So as I say that is a way BUT you do it with your own RISK..
