I tried to unlock bootloader on Xperia X8. On some forum i saw that phones with version model after 11W29 will brick on try. My phone is 11W28... And bricked. Why? How to recover?

Is the date on the battery or on the sticker beneath the battery?
Regardless, the phone is dead.
Take it to Sony for repair, tell them it went black while playing a game. They might, or might not replace it. Other solutions include taking it elsewhere for service, where they might revive it using technical methods - or you might try the same yourself if you know how.
