If you want to change your wallpaper, press the menu button when you are on the home screen. Tap 'change wallpaper' and select a picture.

Depends what you mean

1. See above for wallpaper change
2. Use hopmescreen replacement (eg launcher pro, adw etc) to change the background colour of the menu (i got mine black).
3. There is no way of getting rid of the blue from other places (messaging app) without rooting

i am not talking abt the wallpaper i am talking about the blue in any app

if i root will i be able to bring black color instead of blue like on android 2.3

yes u can the complex method gives u htc black theme

or you can wait for the framework tutorial (but it will need your phone to be rooted)

is the framework tutorial here? ive rooted my phone , e15i , build 2.1.1 baseband 015... what should i do if i want to make my phone run on android 2.3
