Root Xperia x8 why it

When mine was running rather slow/lagging I master reset my phone because I had no idea why it was slow. The next time it happened I simply deleted my messages. My guess would be your phone is full and some un needed things need to go. Btw, try launcher pro instead of ADW :)
 
If u feel the scrolling through the app menu is slow, try launcher pro. And deleting messages will also speed up your phone when u type long msgs.

And install task killer from market and check what all apps running in the back ground. If u feel that app useless, remove it. And go to settings of the app and set the auto kill level. Make sure you add application which needs to run in the background for it to work. Apps like live wallpaper, ALARM, widgets,anti virus, Gtalk (if u use it), any application protection apps like "Application protect" etc.
 
but the name of the app is only launcher pro or adw launcher pro?
i only have 22 mb free on my phone, maybe it
