How do I fix my caller id it stopped working every contact says unknown ? It was working for awhile. please help. xt555c

ok so you have the Motorola Defy XT 555c, correct? is it with straight talk? i do not have your phone, but have you tried doing a factory reset? maybe try calling your carrier as well.
