Help xt9 text entering problems

Hi everyone. I just got my Commando 2 weeks ago. It is my first smart phone and it is a refurbished one from verizon. I haven't called them yet but thats my next step. So the other day I setup my signature for texts and since then its been downhill. Whenever I go to enter text it always puts the cursor after the signature. Then when I turn the phone sideways it apparently switches to invisible text cause I can type away and it shows nothing until I turn the phone upright and then its all there. Today I tried to text someone and as usual the cursor was after the signature, only after I moved it and started typing the words still ended up after the signature. Any suggestions on what I should do? I think I should call Verizon and make em send me a new one or is it just an app problem or something that I can fix easily

i don't know about the sig, but the invisible text happens at random with me. if it gets really annoying i can reboot and it'll go away. i can't remember the last time it happened. if you like using t9 trace, get swype. it's not on the market, you have to download it from their website after registering for the beta.

I don't use the signature feature on text, find it annoying when people do it just makes the message extra long, and obviously i know who is texting me anyway!

So not sure what your problem is....
