Root xtrROM cash2cash

So I was reading over the xtrROM post and saw that cash2cash (which im assuming is the same as cash2internal) seemed a lot less complicated than apps2sd, I also read that I could install around 100 apps.

So as far as I know I am running that, and still am at my max apps (with a low space warning) and I only have only 72 apps installed.

I'm wondering if I did something wrong, or if I should just switch to apps2sd

Here the steps I took:

-Open Gscrips
-add script
-load script
-cash2internal.sh
-open script
-restarted phone


should I be clicking on cash2sd instead????
 
why in the world would you need so many apps? anyway tingster is right. some apps are like 100k and some like angry birds are 11megs. so if you have any big apps then you could remove it and add like 20 smaller ones. XTR uses cache2cache by default. you don't have to run any gscripts to turn it on. I am not sure but i think that cache2internal sets it back to normal.

No. Actually, what you want is the default, cache2cache (which is not the same as cache2internal.) What you did is move the Dalvik cache out of the cache storage space, which is hardly used otherwise and has plenty of space for Dalvik cache, back into the storage space that is also used by apps.

Go back into Gscripts, load cache2cache, run it, restart and you should be al set.

i used my phone a lot. I use every app I have on a weekly basis....except for the stupid ones i can't deleted. like amazon mp3, but i think the newest version of xtrROM has a gscripts that will eliminate that. *blushes* okay blonde move ;)

my gscripts doesn't have cache2cache. (I also just realized I've been spelling it like a ****** this whole time) I'm flashing the newest XtrRom now so I'm assuming it will show up now...

If you flash the newest one, it should have cache2cache enabled by default.
