Hello.
My brother recently got an Y300 and has several issues which even I cannot help with, as I only used Android 2.2 on two Motorola phones some years ago and am now using that other smartphone OS.
Anyway, since the Y300 does not have an App drawer due to Huawei's stupid logic, finding Maps, which does not seem to be stored in any of the prefabbed app folders, is cumbersome, one needs to use the built in search tool to get there.
Adding to the home screen via widget is also not working, as the preset destination is not easily changed upon clicking on that widget.
Is there any way to just simply add that Maps app to one of the home screens? How can a telephone be so idiotic. Sorry, am used to another logic that suits me and not the telephone.

Ah, sorry for doing that, I was not aware, that my post did include those. I guess that is an Y300 feature built right into this sub-forum.
