yahoo IM on Hero

Hello, I'm not very tech savy

Just got the HTC Hero

Trying to log into the preinstalled IM app on the HTC Hero phone, select yahoo messenger, then try to log in with my yahoo IM account- I get error message "user name and password don't match"

Tried 15 times

is this just a junk app and should I download something else?

It works just fine for me. I'm not sure why it wouldn't for you.

Maybe it's case sensitive? dunno, just a thought
