Help Yahoo Mail App

So I downloaded the Yahoo mail app and it seems pretty nice. My only question is is there away to regulate how often it checks for mail. I have searched for it but can not seem to find the option anywhere. Thanks for any input.

Menu -> Settings -> Data Manager -> Data Delivery -> Email and Corporate Sync -> Email Delivery -> Fetch Schedule - controls how often it checks for email

I tried that.. I have it to fetch manually.. but it seems that the app is using push...I think the way you suggested only works with the default email

I also think it uses push and could never find the feature you're requesting. I ended up deleting it and using the default email app (which I actually prefer). I felt that the Yahoo app was draining on battery life and I really have no need for push email for my Yahoo account.
