where you one of those kids that took till they were 12 to fit the triangle shape in its right place?

tried it and it sucked? esta loco!
The website has so many things the mighty tapatalk cant do. Such as jump to the 1st unread post, show you which you've subscribed to or posted in at a glance from the main forum window etc etc.

That's why it sucks for me.

Hope the Phandroid app doesn't take too long to be released, having that with support for this forum will be pretty handy.

Whatever is decided might I suggest two things:

1) Communicate with Tapatalk developers to PULL your site from their listing.. it still shows it's available and was one of the reasons I WAS going to purchase it.. thought I was doing something wrong when it wouldn't log in. (Your the 2nd site I use that is still showing YET has it disabled).

2) Custom apps are fine, but honestly I'd probably never use it myself if I have to end up installing a custom app for each site I visit. Think about it.. that's why RSS readers are so popular rather than just bookmarking every site you read.

If it's cross site, such as for all 'vBulletin' forums, that's one thing but if it's Phandroid only, you might want to ask your users if they'd bother using it before you waste the time.

Good points, DroidGnome; the "cross site" suggestion, especially.

Those points have merit and deserve consideration, in my opinion. It's just that I'm sure those things have been hashed out ad infinitum by those making the decisions, along with the huge factor of security (which has been explained more than once by more than one staffer).

Anyone hear anything about this official app we've been waiting for? I pathetically tried accessing Android Forums though Tapatalk again the other day but no luck... :(

I absolutely cant stand the mobile skin of android forums and I really do miss the functionality and ease that tapatalk provided. When I find myself away from my computer but with some free time more and more I find myself over at droidforums, xda, or cyanogen via tapatalk.

+1

But with different android sites.
