Hi All,
At Long last my Lovely Brand Spanking New Hero is here and charging (once I managed to work out how to open the Sim Holder, Mega Stress) anyway what I need to ask please from the off is why is it that I see that you dont get any CD/DVD with HTC software on it?
What's that about? How do I manage files, import CD Tracks etc onto my Lovely Phone please?
In the words of The Beatles..."Help I Need Somebody, Help".........

Just connect the usb lead to your pc and it will show the sd card then just transfer away : ) let the good times begin

Ian lead? Hmmm i notice that the characters IAN are right next to the characters USB on the keyboard. Did you type that on your hero by any chance?

Lol rumbled you may find the usb lead easier to use than the Ian lead

~Yeah only 5 hours to go sighhh - and off to work again 06:30am tomorrow so not too much time to play - can't be helped but at least phone is here - now need to transfer (manually) contacts from the N97 as Mail for Exchange doesn't work with V20 firmware so cant google sync
