so, i've noticed that when im charging from a usb plugged into the wall my phone charges around 40% faster then when im charging on any of my pcs or my mac. anyone else notice this, or am i crazy?

Yes, from your wall, its AC while on your pc/mac, it's USB, much much slower. Usually it's about half of the current of wall output.

why did this get moved to support and trouble shooting? never said i had a problem or needed help. but what ever.

You only get about .5amp (500mA) from a USB port!

Edit: And that is the high end!
I would say in general you get about 20% or more charging potential from wall voltage.

More than that. You get double the amperage charging with the OEM charger (1A). USB is painfully slow charging. I don't use anything less than 700mA.
