I have been out of the office and I apologize that I was unable to respond sooner. A real person is responding to your email and the information you are receiving is accurate. HTC is aware of your request and we are currently following the proper steps to release the proper source code for the HTC Droid Eris. Once it is available you will find it on developer.htc.com. Here in HTC Technical Support I do not have any other information that I can provide. Please keep checking the website for the source code to be released.
