I just wanted to say to everyone here this is one of my favourite sayings I have ever heard and I think it was actually from a song but I really can't recall / remember and sorry if I have said it before but it is a legendary saying and I am starting to see it happen a lot more around me each and every day!

"Open up your fists or you will not receive."

Basically the saying is saying that using hate to "fix" hate never fixes anything but diplomacy or even better Love heals all...

"Love Conquers All."

So the moral of the story is to try not end up like this guy right here! :)

I have the memory of a gold fish which "they" say is about 5 seconds! :)

Sorry Rico The Great(TM) I was being attacked by a Polar bear in Egypt and forgot to reply! :)

Well I was shown this song by some one extremely special to me because it reminds her of how she sees me...

She is perfect to me too.

I like it so much that I have to share it because it is just such a great song.

I will never forget it and the really creative music video to boot.

I too went through a traumatic life experience, especially for someone who was only 20 at the time. I was in a very dark place for quite a while and couldn't think of a way out, but I was able to overcome my situation and completely turn around my thoughts on life. I now have a more positive look on life than ever before. I take no moment for granted, I wake up with a smile on my face, and make sure before I go to sleep I feel happy.
I never look on the negative side of things anymore, I only point out the good of situations that seem bad, and I am always there for my friends in need.
Even with my positive look on life, I still have my moments where things get to me, but everyone has those moments so I don't fear them.

That being said, never give up in what happiness is to you, and the people that think you are dumb, are not truly your friends. Never lose sight of what you want and what will make you happy.

I want when I am older just to be free of what makes me so sad... i have not yet figured that totally out 100% yet but what does make me sad is seeing a hobo on the side of the street... i am the kind of person that wants to cry but has to hold it in... i also hate my bad self image... i have to try and work on that.

Everyone that has ever met me has said i am the most caring person they have ever met by quite a long shot.

I used to give out my pocket money when i was a lot younger (R150) per month that is about 15 dollars not too bad... i used to give it to a homeless man down the street...... i was really freaking stupid because i was young and didn't realize he would just go and buy drugs with it.

ugh,

anyway such is life.

i have learned to just give food instead.

i like to help people... it makes me smile.

i hate it when i see someone suffer.

it is painful almost like i can feel it too.

I am on other sites, but I rarely comment till now. I work a lot, and then have hobbies I am constantly tinkering with, so it keeps me pretty active.

I also give a lot, not so much to homeless adults, because I have seen how they treat money and it is typically something they chose in life that has caused them to be there, now I know there are people that are just down on their luck, but most big cities in the US have homeless shelters that will help out someone a lot if they are willing to work for it.

Every Christmas though I donate about 1000 dollars worth of toys to some sort of kids organization. I have been doing this for about 5 years now since I have been lucky to have an income that allows me to not worry. Last year I gave to the toys for tots, though I made sure my toys actually went to kids, I have heard some bad things about Toys for Tots and that the people working these sometimes think they can just take the toys of their chosing for their child, so other than that I was very happy to give them all the toys with a majority of them being Legos hahaha I loved them as a kid so I try to pass those off to other kids.

For your self image, only you can decide that you are worthy, no one else. In the end no one else is going to hold you up. I have some great friends, but I rely on myself for everything even though I know all them would help me no matter what.

Yes they are definitely one of my top favs!

AC/DC will for ever be number 1 for me for the rest of my roachy life cycle by a freaking looooooong shot they are just brilliant!
