Help You have 0 New messages ??? Help???

You have 0 New messages ???

I have been receiving messages at random times in the notification bar stating " You have 0 New messages ", maybe four to ten a day/night. When I select it it opens the txt program and there is nothing there ???
Extremely irritating to say the least.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated. Please, Thanks.

P.S. Hurry Please I'm losing hair as we speak :)
 
Have you tried updating the voicemail program? If so, have you tried uninstalling the updates? Seems like a good starting point.

Here's a question, do you actually have any voicemails in your inbox? I remember from a while back that it's possible to reset your voicemail from on of those Boost automated phone system numbers. Good luck.
 
I'm having issues on GC01 with my texts msgs keep showing one in the box even after I have checked it. Its not every time but random. I tried clearing the cache in the text app. Only thing I know to do to clear is reboot the phone. Any other ideas?
 
It is the Voicemail ( the one they want a monthly fee for ) app. I tried about everything I could think of with no luck So finally I tried to melt it with TB but it did nothing I found an app ( Disable Service ) that lets me stop specific services and that stopped the random "You have 0 new messasges" created by that greedy voicemail app thing.

Thanks for all your help people, your awesome If there are any suggestions on how to remove the app completely please feel free to explain. :)
 
Odd, I don't pay for my visual voicemail. The only part that is pay is the text translation which I don't get (it is inaccurate to say the least). I've never had a problem with it.
