When you have all your friend's cell phones and photos saved to the cell, they zoomed to the cloud, how come they stay there, and not to device?

Just a second ago had thirty two contacts, and now down to five..

I did not do anything.
 
are you adding these contacts yourself? are you saving them to google? i would not save them just to your phone.....though it is weird if you saved them to your phone that they would disappear like that.

Well almost every cell number mutated to one of my sketchy friends number.

yeah something is off with your phone, if i understand you correctly. you can try and rebooting the phone to see if things get corrected or you might want to back everything up and do a factory reset.

I just did that earlier today, it was one of my sketchy friend's name..
Thank goodness that I did back up everything first before dinner time.
 
Still recovered the important cell numbers underneath my emergency contacts.
 
Everything is now recovered like for a bit though, least I do not have to wipe it clean,
mom thought a normal reboot would of erased everything, wow..
