Help You'll never hear this again: Where is Picasa Uploader?

Just upgraded to a G3 from my trusty GS3.

Phone is great. BUT, i don't seem to have Picasa Uploader? I know that nobody is using Picasa anymore, but i am, because it's easy, and i'm a man of habit.

Working Android devices in the house:
Samsung GS3
LG G2
LG G3
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2

All have Picasa Uploader (com.google.android.apps.uploader) except for the G3.

This is a little annoying because the uploader was super easy to use, and the G3 is my main source of new photos. (Mostly used to document for build threads)

Anyone know how to add this back in? I also have a Flickr account that i woudn't mind using instead, the uploader works just fine, but i can't figure out how to generate the hotlink url from an Android device, which is all i use anymore.

There's an app called "Picasa Tool" in the Play store which seems to work, but it's not as elegant as the "stock" Picasa Uploader and suffers from bloat and invasive advertisements.

Please help!

I believe that Picasa is being transitioned to Google+, and that it works (from what I understand) in a similar way.

Have you signed up for Google+ and/or have you given that a try?
