BECAUSE... My vision services weren't working, it took about a half hour for them to get up and running, and I didn't know I had to set up my visual voice mail before I could receive calls, so I was in WTF mode trying to figure out why all calls were being sent to the Sprint voice (Sorry, the subscriber you have reached cannot be located blah blah blah).

Its safe to say I figured it all out eventually
