YouTube account force close

Hi! So today I was uploading a video from my phone. Unfortunately at some point my battery died and uploading wasn't finished. Now when I try to open my account via YouTube app it force closes. I tried reinstalling YouTube app but I can't uninstall it completely since it's one of default apps on my phone, so I can't fix it this way. Guys, please help! Thank you!

Try this:

Main Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Youtube > Clear Data.

This may help.

I tried before. It doesn't help

And the thing is I can enter my account using browser but the app itself force closes.

Then it looks like you may need to run a software update. However have you logged onto the market to check for any updates to the Youtube application? if you have then please use the link below to source the update service application:

Thank you, but I just figured it out! All I had to do was to clear the cash, not all data. So now everything works perfectly!

Glad that is sorted for you, however that is odd as clearing the data should also clear the cache, from memory.

I know it's strange but it seems in this case there was a difference between deleting all the data and clearing just the cache
