Help Youtube navigation bar BLOCKS VIDEO!

Hi everyone,

After I updated to JB, something within the Youtube app started bothering me!
1. I open a video.
2. I turn it sideways [to toggle HD].
3. I turn it back to portrait mode.
4. The top navigation banner blocks 1/10 of the video.

The app version is 4.3.9.

Things I've tried:
- Turn it sideways, without toggling HD, return to portrait (problem still persists)
- Force close, uninstall updates, relaunch the app (problem still persists)
- Reinstall the updates, relaunch (problem still persists)
- Reset the phone (problem still persists)

Does this happen to you guys' phones too?
Does anyone know a fix to it?

Yes, it happens on my phone too in portrait mode if I switch from landscape mode. If I just play the video in portrait mode without going into landscape mode it's fine.

I think it's probably a small bug in the YouTube app.
