Help YouTube no longer functional

For probably about a month now, my YouTube has stopped working. Every video I have tried to load says "Connection to server lost, touch to retry". Touching, of course, does nothing. This problem happens on both wifi and data. I am running a stock rom, not rooted. I do not have Adblock Plus or any other ad software. I have restarted my phone and done a battery pull. I have updated PRL and profile. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the YouTube app. I have uninstalled all updates on the app and gone back to the factory app and still no luck. Weirdly enough, I can't even load YouTube videos in chrome or Internet. I get nothing either way. Help?

Hmm this is like a big juicy steak to a trouble shooter. Does it make any difference if you are logged into YouTube or not? Also does video streaming work on other sites besides YouTube?
