Help Youtube not working at all?

Has anyone else been having an isue with youtube? On 4g it doesn't load at all, even when using other apps. The 4g symbol shows only thegreen arrow after some time, everything else works fine BUT youtube, I have the 60$ plan if it matters.
 
Did it work before? I noticed i had a prob with youtube when i updated the adobe flash thing so i deleted it an now youtube works now... try it.
 
Restarting the phone will cure all sorts of weird problems. I have noticed that after turning 4G on and off a bunch of times, and especially wifi tether on and off a bunch of times, sometimes I get 4G weirdness and need to restart the phone. If that doesn't work, try a battery pull.

If you are having 4G issues, before trying the above, first try making a phone call or calling your voicemail. When the call timer gets to about 3 seconds, hang up. 4G should come back on. Turning airplane mode on for about 30 seconds then off again works sometimes too. If you have already done these things, then proceed to restart / battery pull.

Sometimes you get 4G logo, even with arrows indicating traffic, but without really having internet. One thing I do is open my Bandwidth Place speed test app. The first thing it does is check for the closest server. If it completes this right away (or pretty quickly) then I know I have internet. If it takes a while, then I know something is wrong.

Oh that's right, I remember updating that recently. Also it started not working about 4 days ago. Ima try that flash thing now
 
Nope, not even after updating. I did read that there was a recent update to the youtube app though. But that won't explain the fact that I can't watch youtube at all.
 
Bleetness what city u live in. I got the same problems with you tube and my on the browser it won't connect to youtube it says failure to communicate with server try again later
I Download it Opera mini browser from android market and youtube page pulls up but but does not play the videos I called technical support they did everything they can little me it was a problem with you tube
 
I talked to data support they informed me that there will be a update for the 4 g network that will resolve some issues including youtube. They did this update in dallas texas already. And california is next for the update

Ima disconnect my phone and reconnect with new # a whole new account see if that works

Did u get the update? Because I didn't yet. I talked to some another data support rep because my market when out just like my YouTube but when I put my phone on 1x g it works YouTube but of course the videos will get frozen. So the tech rep told me that sim card might be bad it has something to do with 4 g .ima have my phone disconnected at the end of the month then reconnected and let u know if that's might be the solution
 
Who did you call? Mind giving me the number? I forced the update and it went through. Its actually helped a lot in terms of battery but my net seemsto have gotten worse. Also I believe my market isn't working as well. Could it be because of my tethering?

Thats not the same update. I talked 2 data support metropcs.just dial 611 ask customer service 2 connecting to technical support and ask them to connect you to data support and they will help you troubleshoot your phone and ask theme when is the newest update going to happen in California dallas was 1st to receive the update
 
Ok, Now its not working again. I seriously think it has to do with the fact that I tether. Has anyone else been having issues after tethering? And whats up with my 4g IP being banned on the forums?

I have the exact same problem I get the ip address problem.and my YouTube is acting up again.i just finished talking to data support again there's a intermittent outages nationwide some peoples internet services works perfectly and some dont.they told me that there working on it and will be up and running at 100% later tonight or early morning

mine was off for a good 5 hours today. came back on before 10pm
