I know !!! I just finsh calling them again its on going another 2 hours there updating the system it better work tomorrow when I wake up I'm tired of this bs already!!!

**** here we go again YouTube isn't working. And outage is solved and YouTube and my market isn't working. I call customer service reporting the issue they said the more reports they receive of YouTube not working the faster they can fix this issue for good

Same thing happened to me, it started yesturday I wasnt able to access any thing not even the web then this morning the web started working again but youtube and the market still would not work. I tried everything phone reset, turning off 4g and on again. Nothing worked so I flashed with odin and took it to a main metro pcs store, they gave me a new one. I have to wAit 5 days but until then I keep mines.
