Help youtube on browser bug

Hi. In the past couple of days I have been getting some sort of debug popup when ever I try to play a youtube video on either the default brower or dolphin browser. Im not sure what has changed but I did clear out a few old apps last week.
I will provide screenshot if required.

Hmmmm... I have done absolutely nothing. But this error somehow has fixed itself. I would still like to know how it was caused in the first place though

I would guess that was some sort of glitch on Google's part.
