Yeah, I second that. 1X can't do Youtube. The phone can handle it, the network can't. When on wifi, I get beautiful hi-res youtube without issue.

When I'm on wifi Youtube is flawless

Yust let it buffer it without letting the screen sleep... with 1x it will take forever but is still possible.
WIFI is beautiful.

Hopefully we get 3G soon everywhere without caps so... hang in there

If you really want to watch Youtube videos on a 1x connection you could always get an app that allows you to download the videos directly onto your phone. It's a good work around if there's a video you really want to see, but no so much if you're just browsing videos.

There is a program called tubemate you can down load and save anything you want it doesnt stop or anything. You can pick several things for it to download. Then come back late and watch them. Do it over night so it has time to download. You can find the downloads in your picture file or video file or mp3 file which ever way you decide to save them. Try it ..
