Root Youtube problems

ok so i open youtube and the videos will buffer then start to play,then stop and buffer some more,i cant click on a video and watch it straight threw witout it doin it,ive uninstalled,then installed aain,clear cache and still same issue,im runnin cyanogenmod version 10.2-20131203 nightly grouper-cm_grouper-userdebug 4.3.1 jls36I,FUNNY thing is my esteem will run find ,no bufferin,stallin! Any ideas wat i can do? thanks

Buffering means that the video is coming down the internet slower than it's playing on your phone. Why? It could be that you have a terrible provider. Or it could be that you're trying to watch a video when everyone in the world is trying to access the internet. Or it could just be that the speed between Youtube's server and your carrier's internet access point is too slow for videos.

my desktop and tablet will buffer forever. but my phone will play it straight through.

also depends on if the nexus 7 can pull more bandwidth than other devices on your wifi network which ive tested and some devices beat my n7 in the wifi department that is another factor as well

my esteem on the same brighthouse wifi will stream videos with no glitch,go figure!!
